From the Rocky Mountains to the World's Top Golf Destinations
Ardglass Golf Club was formed on the 28th June 1896, originally 7 holes and the course extended to 18 holes 70 years later. With its castles and tower houses, the village of Ardglass retains much of its medieval glory, while one of the castles has been adapted as the clubhouse. No shortage of great holes with magnificent views.
**Ireland, Scotland and the Canadian Rockies have spoiled me beyond belief in golf terms. Yet, here at Ardglass, we have one of the true gems of Northern Irish Golf. From the coolest clubhouse, the welcomes from the members, pre-round pint, 1st tee box, 2nd tee shot, ocean views galore, its a non stop love affair with this County Down Golf Club. You can not travel to the North and not play this beauty!!! Why did it take me so long to get there....don't make the same mistake I did or Brian Roycroft for that matter!!**
